Elevator Light Curtain:
- The elevator light curtain is a new production of elevator door protected equipment that is specially developed for the elevator industry by our factory. The whole system consists of four main parts: power set, signal cable, the receiver (RX) and the emitter (TX). The receiver (RX) and the emitter (TX) be fixed respectively on the two sides of the elevator door and connected to the power set with special shielded cable. There are 32 infrared LED in the receiver (RX), and 32 infrared photodiodes in the emitter (TX). The infrared LED and photodiode will be opened in sequence and scanned continuously by the MCU. When some people or objects entering into the infrared scanning area, the control system will immediately transit the output signal and order the door open. Otherwise, the door will shut off when people and objects get away from the infrared scanning area. Thereby reached the safety guard purpose.
